Compliance with COPPA & GDPR

We follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S., which requires us to inform parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and share personal data from children under 13 years old. Before allowing children under 13 to access certain features, we obtain parental consent.

We do not collect or share any child’s personal information , such as email addresses, birth dates or times, ages, names, phone numbers, addresses, etc., from users with other individuals or companies.

Advertising Practices

Third-Party Contextual Advertising

Our app may display third-party contextual (non-personalized) advertisements. These ads are not based on user behavior or tracking, and no personal data is collected for advertising purposes.

We only use ad networks that comply with child privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR-K, and are certified to serve child-directed content. (such as AdMob)

Ad Creatives Review

To ensure a child-safe experience, we implement human review of all ad creatives served in the app. We manually screen ads to ensure they are age-appropriate, free from violence, adult content, and any material unsuitable for children.

Our review team regularly checks and removes any ad content that does not meet these standards.

We do not allow interest-based advertising or any form of behavioral tracking in our kids' apps. Our commitment is to provide a safe and suitable environment for children to learn and play.

Children and Privacy

When you make in-app purchases in our Games, we do not collect or have any access to your name and billing information. This information is collected and stored by your platform (Android’s Google Play or IOS App Store) or your platform’s payment processor.
